I’m so pleased to welcome you here.
I’m a professional and personal development coach based in the UK. I provide one-on-one solution-focused coaching sessions to provide individuals with a space to reflect and develop positive strategies to work towards their goals.
I coach clients of all backgrounds and we can focus on any area of personal or professional development that is useful. My specialism is in working with people going through actual or potential change in their lives. I incorporate a variety of coaching strategies to carry out my sessions in a person-centred manner to enable individuals to get the most out of our time together.
How can coaching support you?
Coaching is about supporting an individual to gain insights into their mind to enable them to develop new and positive ways of thinking, feeling and acting.
Coaching takes a non-directive, client centred and evidence based approach using the core principle that an individual has the capability to change their neural pathways and positively alter their behaviours and beliefs.
Coaching can have significant tangible benefits to you as an individual. Research conducted by the International Coaching Federation has shown that 80% of individuals who have received coaching reported an increase in their self-confidence and over 70% reported that they benefited from improved work performance, relationships and more effective communication skills.

Changes may feel both positive and negative on their surface. Negative changes provide a natural opportunity to seek support however it is equally important not to neglect the impact that a positive change may have. Regardless of the nature of the change it naturally creates uncertainty within the mind and even the most positive of changes may lead to stress or anxiety.
Change may feel intense and create feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, however it is also a fantastic opportunity to alter ingrained routines and develop or reinforce positive behaviours. Working with a coach can assist in developing an approach to better adapt to change and create an internal congruence.
