HI, I’M DECLAN,
I’m so pleased to welcome you here.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and EMCC Certified Coach based in Bristol, working with individuals who want to navigate change, develop their confidence and move forward with greater clarity.
I support people at different stages of their personal and professional lives, including university students, emerging professionals, established employees and those moving into new roles or areas of responsibility. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and people from underrepresented backgrounds, and I work with both individuals and organisations.
My coaching is person-centred, strengths-based and tailored to each individual. I draw on a range of coaching approaches to create a supportive but purposeful space in which clients can explore challenges, recognise their strengths and identify practical ways forward.
I am also a DISC-certified coach and can use DISC profiling to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of their communication style, behavioural preferences and approach to working with others.

Coaching takes a non-directive, client centred and evidence based approach using the core principle that an individual has the capability to change their neural pathways and positively alter their behaviours and beliefs.
