Coaching takes a non-directive, client driven approach to empower you to set goals, create outcomes and manage personal change.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
A coach will offer a space for you to explore and progress towards your personal or professional goals whereas a therapist can offer guidance and advice in dealing with mental health-related issues.

What does a session look like?
No two sessions look the same, but at their core, coaching sessions take place in a 1:1 setting where we will create the time and space for you to think and focus on what you want to achieve and how to get there.

Is coaching confidential?
Yes, all coaching sessions are treated with the utmost confidentiality. The only time that a coach may break this confidentiality is if a risk of harm to yourself or others, or illegal activity, is disclosed.

How can I get the most out of a coaching session?
It is useful coming to a coaching session prepared, by knowing what you would like to focus on. Being open, honest and having a willingness to change will also help you get the most out of your time.
